By accessing or using ScaleSkus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ScaleSkus is an Amazon Ads management platform that provides campaign analytics, automation rules, keyword management, and bid/budget optimization tools. The Service interacts with your Amazon Advertising account through Amazon's official APIs.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to plan features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
ScaleSkus executes automation rules based on conditions you define. While we strive for accuracy, changes to your Amazon campaigns are your responsibility. We recommend setting appropriate min/max guardrails on all automation rules and reviewing action logs regularly. ScaleSkus is not liable for unintended bid, budget, or status changes resulting from rules you create.
The Service accesses Amazon's APIs on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with Amazon's terms of service. ScaleSkus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
Your Amazon advertising data remains yours. We use it only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your account and request data deletion at any time.
ScaleSkus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall ScaleSkus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue from advertising campaigns.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
